At ORIN Beauty™, we aim to provide a convenient way for customers to maintain their daily ORIN Beauty™  routine through our Subscribe & Save program. This policy explains how our subscription program works, including billing, renewals, and how you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription Disclosure

When purchasing ORIN Beauty™ through our website, customers may choose between a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription option.

The subscription option must be actively selected by the customer before completing checkout. By selecting the subscription option, you acknowledge and agree that your order will automatically renew on a recurring basis.

Subscription disclosures are presented clearly throughout the purchase process, including:

• On the product page
• Within the cart or cart drawer
• At checkout prior to payment

By completing your purchase with the subscription option selected, you authorize ORIN Beauty™ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis and automatically ship your ORIN Beauty™ order according to the selected subscription schedule.

Billing & Automatic Renewal

ORIN Beauty™ subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

Your original payment method will be automatically charged on the renewal date. Orders will be processed using the same billing details provided during your original purchase.

Example:
If your initial order was placed on September 10th, your next renewal will occur on October 10th, followed by November 10th and every 30 days thereafter unless the subscription is cancelled.

After each successful renewal, your ORIN Beauty™ order will be processed and shipped to the address associated with your subscription.

Subscription Pricing

Customers who subscribe may receive a discounted subscription price compared to the one-time purchase price.

ORIN Beauty™ reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, or subscription benefits at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription renewals.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers have full control over their subscription and may manage their subscription at any time.

Customers may:

• Update shipping information
• Update billing details
• Skip upcoming deliveries
• Pause their subscription
• Cancel their subscription

Subscriptions can be managed through the following options:

Self-Service Account Management
Customers may log into their ORIN Beauty™ account using the email address used during checkout to manage their subscription.

Customer Support
Customers may also contact our support team at helloorinbeauty@gmail.com and request assistance with managing or cancelling their subscription.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

However, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 1 business day prior to the next scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming order from being processed.

If a renewal payment has already been processed before a cancellation request is received, the order may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds may still be available in accordance with our Refund Policy, subject to eligibility requirements.

Customers are encouraged to review renewal dates and manage their subscriptions prior to the billing date if they wish to skip or cancel an upcoming shipment.

Authorization

By purchasing a ORIN Beauty™ subscription, you agree that ORIN Beauty™ is authorized to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription schedule until the subscription is cancelled.
